Polish: Map zoom levels

Some of the outstate map zoom levels are pretty useless. For example:

Not a high priority, but a couple potential solutions:

• If a lat/lon is outside some bounding box established around the metro area, use a wider default zoom (9? 10?)
• Manually set zoom levels on each map (a pain, but I can do the legwork if you have a tech solution to integrate it)
• Set a slightly wider zoom level for all maps

Suppose it comes down to what these maps are for. To me they just offer a bit of geographic context, which is different in the metro vs. outstate, which is why the first solution might be the easiest.

But like I said, low priority.

A good idea. Will try to get to it, but feel free to give it a while.

I think the best place for it is to just add in the logic into the mapImage helper.

Do note that the map zoom levels may have been adjusted since you last looked at, so they may be ok where they are.
