ghi list -M milestone_name instead of milestone_number

Feature request. When filtering the list by milestone, would be nicer to use the milestone name instead of the milestone number.

I see in the api spec that the milestone parameter on the issues list the number, so this just needs to be mapped.

If I fix in my fork would you be amenable to taking a pull request @stephencelis?
