Offenders to show up close to the charts

My typical workflow is to check the charts to see what the numbers are, but then if I see a suspicious number I would like to see the details of why is the number so high. Currently I have to scroll a very long page to get to the details. I would prefer if there was a button next to the charts that would perhaps show the offenders in a modal.

I would be happy to contribute such a feature.

Could be an link to an anchor placed down the page on the offender.
