Probably low priority, but I might as well add it:
Maybe have a flag, for example -i before you type the networkname to switch it into interserver mode. Something like this:
-i
sgc dial -i inteserverNetworkName portalName and sgc visualize -i inteserverNetworkName
sgc dial -i inteserverNetworkName portalName
sgc visualize -i inteserverNetworkName
I don't know how much more complicated this would make the name parsing, but I don't currently have any other ideas except maybe:
sgc interserverdial inteserverNetworkName portalName
