Windows install does not ask for destination

I wanted to set where GUI should be installed (on another drive), but exe just installed it in default location without asking. Maybe it would be good idea to add possibility to change install destination?

Used installation file: sqlectron-Setup-1.38.0.exe
I know i can use other release files like 7zip etc.
