IPython Console doesn't show auto complete tip correctly #858

Spyder Version: 2.1.4
Python Version: 2.6.5
Qt Version: 4.7.2, PyQt4 (API v1) 4.8.4 on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. run "a=1" in IPython Console
    1. type "a." to show the attribute list 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? all names starts with "a" are shown in the list, but not the attributes of a.

Please provide any additional information below
