Keyboard Shortcut Request: Jump to Beginning/End of Editor window

I'd like to see keyboard shortcuts for jumping to the beginning and end of the editor window. One common shortcut key combination for this is Ctrl + Home and Ctrl + End, respectively. This could also apply to other windows like the consoles as requested in issue #87 .
