What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Attemp to use the scrolling wheel when the mouse is over the numberline area or the flog area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The document editor should scroll What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 2.30rc Ubuntu 14.04
