What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. go to editor
    1. go to console via keyboard: CTRL+SHIFT+C 3. What is the expected output?
      Cursor should land in Ipython Console

What do you see instead?
Cursor lands in Windget with Title Kernel 28667
No optin to correct this or go from there by SHIFT+TAB to the IPython Console

Please provide any additional information below
