Spyder issues with unicode under windows

pyflakes 0.4.2 : None (OK)
pep8 >=0.6 : None (NOK)
IPython >=1.0 : 1.0.0 (OK)
rope >=0.9.2 : 0.9.4 (OK)
sphinx >=0.6.6 : 1.1.3 (OK)
matplotlib >=1.0: 1.3.0 (OK)
sympy >=0.7.0 : 0.7.3 (OK)
pylint >=0.25 : 0.28.0 (OK)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. take a french windows vista 32bits (or later ?)
   1. launch attached file 'unicoded_windows.py' within spyder, under windows What is the expected output? What do you see instead? 2. results is
      2.1 perfect for this operation under standard python3.3 IDLE
      2.2 incorrect filename creation under spyder with "execute in current python (or ipython) console"
      2.3 correct filename creation but crash on display if "execute under a new python interpreter

==> If outdated IDLE can do it, it should be possible to get it right under spyder also.
