clik on the icon, but nothing happened

Spyder Version: 2.2.0
Python Version: 2.7.4
Qt Version: 4.7.4, PySide 1.1.2 on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.clik on the icon, but nothing happened
2.start it from console, everytime close it, windows will complain it's not closed properly 3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please remember that you need pywin32 now on Windows. Do you have it?
