Let the user eliminate breakpoints from the "Breakpoints widget"

I think this is really important from the usability point of view.

This would need to add right-click menu to the widget.

Partial solution. At least "clear all breakpoints" is now available from a
right-click menu. Still investigating the best strategy to eliminate a single
breakpoint from the Breakpoints plugin.
