Which version of ipython is needed for Spyder 2.2.0?

Hello,

I am preparing a Debina package for the 2.2.0~beta1.
In the README there is a reference to IPython 0.13+ with qtconsol
In installation.rst a reference to IPython 0.12+

so my question is:

ipython >= 0.12 or 0.13

and

ipython or ipython + qtconsole.

The requirement should be for ipython 0.13+ with qtconole.

Frederic, just to clarify it here, Spyder 2.2 requires IPython 0.13+. We are using some features not present in 0.12 which I myself submitted upstream. See here: ipython/ipython#2007
