Feature request: Add a verbose mode to build command for file copy/overwrite report

Description

Add a report about files created in output in reference to what is present in package directory:

• generated (for files created by ucc and not present in package)
• copied (for files not generated by ucc but present in package, ie bin contents)
• modified (for files created by ucc, present in the package but modified by ucc ie. app.conf)
• in conflict (for files created by ucc, present in the package but not modified by ucc ie. most of the build files)

conflicts generally should be a red flag since it could lead to unpredicted behaviour of the TA

It can printout a list of all files being handled with a summary report like:

bin/dummy_module.py                   copied
default/inputs.conf                   conflict
default/app.conf                      modified
default/inputs.conf                   created

1 created, 1 copied, 1 modified, 1 conflict
