Returning all translations

If yes, then I could make PR with tests sometime later.
But, actually, I would like to hear "no, not okay" and give me ideas how to improve this.

Reason why I need this is because I couldn't find another way how to push all keys to the single file and pass down to frontend via api endpoint.
