VSCode WSL2 support

Hi,

I'm using VSCode with WSL2. I would like to have something to this effect added to the IgnitionConfig.php file:

'vscode-wsl' => [
  'label' => 'VS Code (WSL)',
  'url' => 'vscode://vscode-remote/wsl+ubuntu/%path:%line',
],

Though I guess distro could be fetched by some other means?
