Group cues

I'm still not dead set on how group cues should work.

In an initial version they could serve to be purely organisational, with no playback function.

• Groups shouldn't support nesting.
• Groups should provide a fold button in the group column of the cue list to fold away the cues in a group; this should be auto expanded when the playhead enters the group.
• The group colour should tint the entire group cue and the group column of all cues within.
• Cues in a group should have their cue names auto indented.
• Drag and drop

QLab allows group cues to affect the playback behaviour of cues within, notably randomly ordered playlist groups seem interesting to me. But it's not a priority right now.
