Tammy reported a bug with some of the redirects in place for some of the terms pages.

Route all links of "https://about.sourcegraph.com/terms-dotcom" to "https://about.sourcegraph.com/terms-cloud/"
The re-routing doesn't seem to work anymore, for example, see the Sourcegraph Cloud link (second bullet) in our terms: https://about.sourcegraph.com/terms-self-hosted/

This affects users' ability to find our Cloud terms.

This is fixed and working as intended now. All older routes should point to the new terms routes under /terms ✨
