I am interested in using RFdiffusion to redesign a signaling protein that is a dimer. I want to use the binding motif from each protein in the dimer and symmetrically redesign the rest of each protein as a homodimer. Is this possible to do? When I add symmetry it makes two pairs of protein dimers far apart from each other. I attached an image of a dimer that I want to keep the red motif and redesign the rest of the protein as a dimer.
