This is resolved. I had to switch from a Github ALIAS to an A record to get it to work. I have been noticing a lot of weirdness around github pages as of late, but do not see any specific issues. I can tell you that the DNS has not been touched in quite some time, so it is odd it would suddenly fail. Note that the www redirect is also having issues - even though github says it checks out. Let me know if the www is needed or not. Otherwise we should be able to close this one out.

It seems they changed something on github pages DNS.
scala-sbt.org had the problem of sbt.github.com not existing anymore while sbt.github.io is fine.
It seems you had the same problem of slick.github.com not being resolved while slick.github.io is ok.
