Possibility to use path-to-regexp?

Hey!

Just wondering, we have route parameter support today, but would it be possible to extend that functionality with the very powerful path-to-regexp package? That way, we could have routes that only become active if you have only numerics as a parameter, for example.

This could be very useful if you want to differentiate which route should load on the page, I figure.
