I don't want plugins in the directory that someone hasn't at least looked over to make sure they aren't obviously malicious (stealing API keys for example)
Can't guarantee to protect against that but I'd like to have a tiny barrier at least

I've put this into a python script and augment the data with last_updated from the Github repo and output it as markdown. It's updated nightly: https://github.com/luebken/llm-plugin-directory.
