It seems like remark-shiki-twoslash is using relatively "old versions" of remark, unified etc.

It would be great if the respective versions could be upgraded to the latest versions 🙏

Happy to take PRs, but I don't really go out of my way to keep on top of all the subdeps, I don't have the time for that
