麻烦老哥 看一下我用是1.v2版本起的

这个错误是因为没有连接上etcd服务，可以确定下地址是否对，如果对看看控制台或日志有啥错误信息不

我这边已经连接上 了 但是我有些 配置key 我从etcdkeeper里面能看到 但是从etcd-manager 里面看不到

v1版本用了一个特殊值的key作为目录标志，可以尝试用v2版，不再依赖这个特殊key了，这个是参考e3w的遗留问题
