Weekly Foster Email - configuration of medical information for use

I was excited to see this feature and some discussions on use. I admit that we do not currently use the Medical tab for each animal to maximum benefit. We want to improve that and take some of the burden off of volunteers for chasing up fosters with reminders.

Specific challenge right now we are trying to solve is setting up deworming and fecal test reminders that work with our protocols (we are a cat rescue and Coccidia is killing us!).
Am I correct that the foster will receive an email if there is an Active Medical Regimen with a required date that falls within the week that the foster email will go out?
e.g., If we have a regimen to retreat that has date required 2/18/25 - if the email is configured to go out on Mondays, it will go out 2/17/25 and it will email the foster that that treatment is due on 2/18/25?

Is there a way to configure what medical items are sent in the weekly email?

Yes, your understanding is correct. There isn't a way to configure which medical items are included in the weekly email, the email includes ALL tests, vaccinations and medical regimens that fall due in the coming week, as well as indicating any that are overdue from the previous week.
