english online form, response in spanish

We never had an issue with our online forms and have all ours in English. We recently got a response but it was majority in Spanish.
Even questions that were suppose to pop up depending on the answer of another never showed either. Has any one else had this issue?

For Example:
What we had on received form: Please select your current residence type. | Departamento

We have a drop down of House, Apartment, Condo, Townhouse, Mobile Home, Other, they have to choose one of these selections.

There's nothing to stop a malicious client posting anything it likes, it doesn't have to obey the rules you put in the form. That's just how the web is designed I'm afraid - the client cannot be trusted. That's why forms go to a holding area where you can review them first before processing them. You can safely ignore it and move on.
