It would be amazing if Shelter Manager had interactive chat options with notifications. Many rescue groups are operating with people at long distances, working all sorts of odd hours etc. The ability to provide updates/information to one another, in real time ,where it can be attached to an animal record etc would be fabulous. Even if the log had the ability to tag, notify and add images/hyperlinks this would be of HUGE value. Thank you
