Semantics can be added to properties by domain and range statements.
A weaker flavour is to express expectation of typical classes without making it a restricting logical definition.
schema.org offers domainIncludes ans rangeIncludes for this purpose.
This helps when reading ontologies designed by somebody else.
But schema.org is not very integration friendly, so it could be helpful to replicate that.

I like this idea. I have started using skos:scopeNote for this purpose, but having separate annotations with URIs as values ratehr than strings could be better.
