Instead of webjars-locator-core which performs inefficient classpath scanning at startup. Upgrade to Spring Framework 6.2.0-M1 as it is a 6.2 feature.

Thanks for the PR, I am going to merge the SDKman and Buildpacks upgrade changes, but not the limit one as it is set on purpose to emulate a cheap server in production. Instead, I will likely set |
