Use lines (spanners) instead of staff text to add tablature to score #2

Expectation:

  • All tab symbols are added as lines
  • Multiple notes can be selected to add held buttons or a multi-note bellows indication
  • Bellows direction indicators are auto-joined for consecutive notes
  • Vertical alignment is handled nicely

Note, this is blocked until MuseScore adds spanner support to the plugin API.
