Track down issues in "Neatline errors after upgrade to 2.1.3"

I had a mostly successful upgrade from Omeka 1.5.3 to 2.1.3, but lost some of the data from my Collections table. While reentering the missing collections (about 16 out of 38), I navigated to an item and got these Neatline errors. I installed Neatline, but have no Neatline data yet.

I'm going to uninstall it, don't need it right now, but wanted to report this issue.

Hi Eric. I installed Neatline (2.1.1), Neatline Features (2.0) and Neatline Time (2.0.3). I had not installed them on the 1.5.3. installation. 

I suspect that this may have been fixed in 2.0.1 release, but we need to check.
