Update github.com/buildpacks/pack

Description

At the moment we cannot update the dependency on github.com/buildpacks/pack and github.com/moby/buildkit because it would lead to a bug in the status:

internal/tasks/logger.go:61:44: undefined: progressui.DisplaySolveStatus

This is problematic because we cannot bump dependency and security patches because of this dependency.

We need to either:

• Study how to do the bump of the dependency while using the progressui package
• Remove this dependency and find a way to have a higher level UX that is not depending on docker.
