Missing documentation for apple-silicon subcommand

The problem

Hello,
the latest version of scw (v2.3.0) added the apple-silicon subcommand (yeah!), but:

• directory scaleway-cli/master/docs/commands is missing its related documentation
• file scaleway-cli/README, section "Reference Documentation, is missing its related documentation

Hello @marco-m sorry, it is not included in the CI pipeline at the moment. I will add it :) In the meantime you can generate it yourself using:
go run ./cmd/scw-doc-gen/
