The current shape models page runs an angular.js app to display models in a table. angular.js is deprecated and the app should be migrated to a modern, supported javascript framework.

furthermore, it could make sense to separate the shape models page (app) into its own repository away from the PDS archive site. benefits would include easier app maintenance and deployments and a more secure archive site.
