Hey, @samuelyeewl

I've been receiving a fair number of requests for registered spectra. When you get a chance, do you think you could

merge in the code that registers all orders into one fits file.

update the documentation to tell users how to do this: something simple like:

smemp shift bj999.999.fits rj999.999.fits ij999.999.fits -o j999.999_adj.fits
