module=1&page=6 and module=1&page=7 - "Edit Details" and "Edit Mitigation" buttons do nothing.
Original version did not display these buttons. Ideally, the code that renders these two forms should be the same as what's used on page=5 (albeit with the buttons removed, as per original version).
