iOS app not available in France

Hi!
If I click on your web link to install the s3drive app on my device, the App Store says that it's not available in my country (France).
BTW, discord links do not work also... (the ones in the app store)

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Apparently we're not able to serve S3Drive in France through App Store (https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/reference/export-compliance-documentation-for-encryption/) until we get encryption declaration approved by French body (https://cyber.gouv.fr).

We haven't formally started formatilites as we're in the process of:

• releasing Rclone native support, which contains various other encryption algorithms e.g. used by Proton Drive: https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/import_rclone/,
• implementing support for Cryptomator: https://docs.s3drive.app/setup/cryptomator/
• improving our existing cipher: Rclone crypt improvements (envelope encryption, truncation protection, hashing support) rclone/rclone#7192

These 3 events would force us to reapply to get approval on our encryption declaration, so we didn't bother applying just now only to render it useless in a couple months.

We also hope that Apple sideloading becomes a thing as an alternative for users affected by such restrictions and would certainly gives us little bit more time before we're ready to deal with bureaucracy procedures.

As always we're open for comments and suggestions from the community, so we can speed these things up.

Speaking of Discord link, on App store we use that one: https://s3drive.app/support which was redirecting to our Support channel directly: https://discord.com/channels/1069654792902815845/1102236355645419550 but apparently that doesn't work without an invitation, so we've fixed that by using the invitation link: https://discord.com/invite/YvxvypRqCu

Ok thanks! That's crazy all this idiotic bureaucracy, just like EU Cyber Resilience Act, which endangers open-source in Europe.
At least we will have sideloading in a few months...
I'll patiently wait to be able to test your app (or what about an app with encryption disabled for france?)
