Move caret to editable position when focusing element #85

This is a suggestion:
When focusing the editor, move the caret to the editable part of the value. For example, if the caret is in position 0 and we have a prefix, move it to the first character after the prefix, and if we have a suffix and the caret is in the last position, move it to the first character before the suffix.
