List entry names in BibTeX outline

Should be a fairly simple outline.scm, simply capturing all key_brace nodes should do the trick? Or capturing all entry nodes and using the key_brace as the displayed text.

Sounds reasonable, if you're keen to open a PR for this feel free. Otherwise in a week or so I'll probably do it (at which point I'll mark this as "assigned").

I'm also casually encouraging contributions because I'll likely be less active here in a few months.
