When mdbook 0.1.0 is released and rust-lang/rust is using it, upgrade & use additional-css #857

  • Move custom CSS in theme/index.hbs to a custom file
  • Specify the location of that file in book.toml
  • Update theme/index.hbs to the latest theme/index.hbs but keep the custom "you're reading a new version" banner

More info:

rust-lang/rust needs to be using mdbook 0.1.0 for rustbook before we can start relying on the new features.
