URL Mismatch for chapter 19

• I have searched open and closed issues and pull requests for duplicates, using these search terms:
  • chapter
  • 19
  • macros
• I have checked the latest main branch to see if this has already been fixed, in this file:
  • none

Description of the problem:
The sub chapter numbers for chapter 19 is miss matched as ch19-02 does not exist.

Suggested fix:
Just Rename files so they follow the order.
