Spaces, spaces everywhere

Program should properly handle &nbsp, &emsp and &ensp directly inserted in the body of original document as well as various &amp-ed entities inserted during xslt transformations.

Results of hyphenated and non-hyphenated processing should look very similar - no white spaces are eaten or replaced now. This allows for "proper" dialog rendering if so desired...
