`output_tables_as_HTML` option not working for xlsx file #630

Describe the bug
The table inside markdown result should be in HTML format. Since we have enabled output_Tables_as_HTML flag

Client:
Please remove untested options:

Frontend (cloud.llamaindex.ai)

Additional context

Premium mode (parse with agent)
disable_image_extraction=true
invalidate cache
do not cache
