Investigate Request Timeouts

One of our diaper banks reported that when a user takes a long time to enter an order it times out on them and they lose all the work they did when it submits. She said that the user goes to the bulk request page, and then spends a long time to compile the order, something in excess of 10 minutes and then when she clicks to make the request she gets a timeout error.

We don't have a sense on how long it is taking them to enter the orders but if someone is able to figure this out it will relieve some frustration of some of less technically inclined users.
