New gem release?

It's been 3 months since 0.21 was release and it seems there has been a lot of activity since. Also, the README describes functionality (Grape::Entity::DSL) which doesn't exist in the the latest release, which is very confusing. Can we expect a new release soon?

We were hoping to get #241 in here, too, but it might take too long. I'll try to make a release in the next few days.

There's a link in the readme that says "you're reading the documentation for the next release, the last stable release is 0.2.1", pointing to https://github.com/intridea/grape/blob/v0.2.1/README.markdown which is the 0.2.1 docs.
