Return button to different survey within a Run

I would like to give participants the possibility of returning to a different survey implemented as part of a run. Currently, pagination buttons only work within each survey and there is no option to allow participants to go back and forth and amend questions as needed.
For example, if I field a general survey and subsequently randomize participants into treatment/control, I would like them to be able to return to the general survey they answered at the start.
