Experimental version.

Stores data inside a directory. Uses random filenames. Data files are always larger than a kilobyte. Among files less than a kilobyte, only the first alphabetically is important: it contains salt. Also, the directory contains an arbitrary number of fake files.

The CLI only works with strings, not files.

This location of the vault is always determined by the config.ini file (which is not reflected in the readme.md).
