Build farmer tasks

• Periodic upgrades on Mac and Windows: Build farmer (last done mid July)
• Profile memory usage of bridge compilation job building the bridge requires a lot of memory #106 (failures currently resolved by increasing instance size)
• @clalancette saw an uptick in occurrences of nodes fail to delete workspace if previous job was aborted #45, almost all of them on OSX. Should still be investigated.
