I’m considering buying an Apple M1, but I’m wondering if v8go will work ok on it. I see an open PR to support ARM. Would we need to merge that first?

linux/arm is different from darwin/arm tldr; we don't have a Mac M1 machine that we can run in our CI pipeline yet.
