Commerce/Commercial is associated with large scale exchanges, lets be plain speaking on this front. We intend to offer "Paid" support via an "Incident-based Support subscription" membership Tier via our Open Collective: https://opencollective.com/the-rockstor-project

An example of a now legacy reference, which also includes mention of our legacy 'shop', is on the following page:

https://rockstor.com/docs/interface/system/update_channels.html#stable-channel

The stable channel, and it’s associated Commercial Support option, is that financial component. See our Shop for the current cost of a Stable Updates subscription.

Both links (and any others found) should be re-named, along with some rewording regarding the planned nature of the 'Incident-based Support subscription': it is proposed that we 'pitch' this proposed new Tier as a super-set of the existing 'Stable Updates subscription'. That is, an 'Incident-based Support subscription' includes a 'Stable Updates subscription'. This massively simplifies our backend re Appman etc: in that both a 'Stable Updates subscription', an an 'Incident-based Support subscription' are treated equally within Appman, i.e. the former is a 'Paid Support' included version of the latter.

We also, on this same page, have the following:

A link is provided to the Rockstor shop showing the Stable Updates subscription option.
